I qualified as a Green Badge Guide because I wanted to share my enthusiasm for the City with others. If like me, you are interested in history and people then you are bound to like Chester, a city that has been continuously inhabited since the Romans arrived in the late first century AD. My tours can be tailored to your wishes but my general tour travels through time from the Romans via Saxon princesses, medieval merchants, Civil war sieges and Georgian high life, right up to our modern times.
