Join us on a tour of Chester’s Welsh connections past and present, in a celebration of the rich Welsh heritage within Chester, from visits by Welsh nobility including Owain Glyndwr, right through to the modern day.
Learn about Chester’s Welsh Mayors and Bishops, a foundling who became one of the city’s greatest benefactors, and an emigration which would result in a famous American university being named after a Welshman. Croeso.

Please meet your guide outside the Visitor Centre at Chester Town Hall.
The tour will last approximately 90 minutes.
Tickets cost £10 per person. Two accompanied children per adult under 16 can go free. There is no need to book in advance.
