I’m a qualified Chester tour guide, offering a variety of tours by coach, on foot or a combination of both, for groups of all ages. I’m an ex-teacher/lecturer and speak fluent French and basic German. I’m the author of ‘Chester, City of Ghosts’.
I have an extensive knowledge of Chester, having lived here for 40 years, taught in Cheshire schools, college and university, and studied for my Green Badge Guide qualification. I’ve immersed myself in both the history and culture of this wonderful city. I’ve had a fascinating time investigating this city full of ghosts! The tours I offer reflect this and all can be adapted to suit the needs, age and wishes of the group. All are offered in both English and French.
